July 3, 2015 @ 11:00 pm - 12:30 am

brian moote

Brian Moote started performing stand up in 2005 while he was working as a teacher in the Seattle School District. He then went to graduate school to get a masters degree in social work because who doesn’t love crippling debt? After all, this is America. After graduating he moved to LA and now tours the country telling jokes. He has made TV appearances on the USA Network’s “Characters Welcome,” Nickelodeon’s “Nickmom’s Nite Out,” MTV’s “Money from Strangers” and AXS TV’s “Gotham Live.”

Brian also was on a green screen news comedy show on Break.com. Along with TV and web content, Brian also cohosts a podcast with his brother Patrick Moote called the “Moote Points Podcast” on the Podaholics Network and is a frequent contributor and fill in cohost on ESPN 710am Seattle on their various sports talk shows.

Witty City

With tourists in town in record numbers this summer, we’ve resolved to expose the vibrant Seattle comedy scene and unique northwest point of view with shows entitled “Witty City.” In a tri-headliner format, local talents including Drew Barth, Rick Kunkler, Emmett Montgomery, Brian Moote, Monica Nevi, Kortney Shane Williams and many others will mount the Comedy Underground stage to bring deserved credit to our hilarious home-based talent.

All shows in July are 21 and over.
