Sean Kent has been praised as having “an urgency not seen in comedy since the likes of Bill Hicks.”
The in-demand, critically acclaimed comic is currently on tour performing to packed houses in the UK, Ireland, the US and Canada. He has released three highly rated albums of original material, all of which are featured on Pandora and Sirius/XM Radio. He’s been praised for his “endlessly creative mind” and Sean is known for never doing the same show twice.
Sean’s recent credits include a Showtime special, a starring role on A&E’s original prime-time series “Modern Dads”, headlining NickMom’s “NickMom Night Out”, and performing in numerous festivals including the prestigious Aspen Laff Festival, the Laughing Skull Festival in Atlanta, and Gilda Radner’s Laugh Fest in Grand Rapids, MI. Sean is also one of only three comics to ever win both the San Francisco and Seattle International Comedy Competitions – which are widely considered the most important in comedy.
A two-time cancer survivor, Sean also works to raise awareness by speaking and performing at a variety of annual charity events including the Cancer for College Fundraiser with Will Farrell and the City of Hope Bone Marrow Transplant Reunion.
